valley forge: they shall hunger no morePosted by Chris (South Jersey, United States) on 26 October 2008 in Architecture. This weekend we went to visit my daughter up in college, and I took a bit of time to drive through Valley Forge National Park and take some photographs. This is the National Memorial Arch in the center of the park, erected in 1917 to honor those that endured the cold, the hunger, and so much more in order to secure our freedom. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. I hope that I can become a better photographer with the examples here on Am3 and by getting your feedback on my images. I may not be able to reply to each of your comments - but they mean a lot to me and I thank you! Please visit my wife's blog - The Noble Wife
