hands of the potter

One of the vendors at GardenFair was selling reproductions of antique flower pots - and demonstrating how he created these wonderful works of art. All that he created was so beautiful, and he made it look so easy - but he really knew what he was doing and clearly loved what he was doing....

So I went to the potter's house, and sure enough, the potter was there, working away at his wheel. Whenever the pot the potter was working on turned out badly, as sometimes happens when you are working with clay, the potter would simply start over and use the same clay to make another pot. Then God's Message came to me: "Can't I do just as this potter does, people of Israel?" God's Decree! "Watch this potter. In the same way that this potter works his clay, I work on you, people of Israel.
Jeremiah 18:3-5

I hope that I can become a better photographer with the examples here on Am3 and by getting your feedback on my images.

I may not be able to reply to each of your comments - but they mean a lot to me and I thank you!
