'ello, mum!Posted by Chris (South Jersey, United States) on 3 October 2008 in Plant & Nature. More mums from GardenFair at Winterthur, with their wonderfully colorful but short lived blooms. When down-and-outers get a break, cheer! And when the arrogant rich are brought down to size, cheer! Prosperity is as short-lived as a wildflower, so don't ever count on it. You know that as soon as the sun rises, pouring down its scorching heat, the flower withers. Its petals wilt and, before you know it, that beautiful face is a barren stem. Well, that's a picture of the "prosperous life." At the very moment everyone is looking on in admiration, it fades away to nothing. I hope that I can become a better photographer with the examples here on Am3 and by getting your feedback on my images. I may not be able to reply to each of your comments - but they mean a lot to me and I thank you! Please visit my wife's blog - The Noble Wife
