One final shot of the golden light reflected off the sand on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay.
How exquisite your love, O God! How eager we are to run under your wings, To eat our fill at the banquet you spread as you fill our tankards with Eden spring water. You're a fountain of cascading light, and you open our eyes to light. Psalm 36:7-9
I hope that I can become a better photographer with the examples here on Am3 and by getting your feedback on my images.

A beautiful shot here, Chris! I love the golden color and the formations in the sand that seem to provide it much texture!

Chris your golden sand shots are getting better every day. This one is truly special. It deserves to be featured. BTW, heh... if you want to weigh in on a straight/not straight horizon conversation over at my site, your name has been "dropped" there. C'mon over.

@Viewfinder: Thanks VF - I appreciate your thought that this shot should be featured, but my images never seem to make it to the "home" page so I am not sure they will get featured.
I left you a comment about the horizon......
The color is so much richer in this shot, Chris. Love it! Beautiful.
