Happy Fathers Day! This is my dad, in a picture I actually took on Mother's Day when we had our families over for dinner.
Listen with respect to the father who raised you, and when your mother grows old, don't neglect her. Buy truth—don't sell it for love or money; buy wisdom, buy education, buy insight. Parents rejoice when their children turn out well; wise children become proud parents. So make your father happy! Make your mother proud! Proverbs 23:22-25
I am on vacation for a few days and will not be able to comment on your pictures - thanks for stopping by and I will try to catch up when I get back. I hope that I can become a better photographer with the examples here on Am3 and by getting your feedback on my images.
I may not be able to reply to each of your comments - but they mean a lot to me and I thank you!

@Jrask: I am still working on taking more "people" pictures - just get out there and take them!!
This is a shot that you will treasure for always Chris. I lost my Dad many years ago and how I would love to spend the day with him. So I treasure each picture that I have of him. I love the lines on your Father's face.

@Observing: Thank you very much.....
Oh Chris, how I wish I could have a 'recent' photo of my dad. This is a most precious shot - treasure it, and each and every line in his skin ... every one, well-deserved. Fathers are special ... and we, in our humanness, align them with our heavenly Father.
