With the stifling heat we have had the past couple days, the flowers in our garden have been very thirsty and have had to be watered quite a bit to make sure they do not die. The beauty of the flowers seemed to be magnified by the water that I added.
Jesus cried out, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Rivers of living water will brim and spill out of the depths of anyone who believes in me this way, just as the Scripture says."John 7:37-38
I hope that I can become a better photographer with the examples here on Am3 and by getting your feedback on my images.

This is gorgeous, Chris! Love the colors of this flower, and you are right... the water drops add to the beauty. Too early for this kind of heat!

@Jrask: Thank you very much - that is indeed high praise (but remember, I didn't make it - give Him the glory!!)
Wonderful shot Chris and you are right they look so much prettier with the water droplets. I love the scripture that you have put with it too. Very fitting.

@Marion: Thank you very much Marion - you are very kind....
It's so very pretty, especially with the 'little crystals' on the petals.
Your scripture fits a situation I dealt with in the church office today as well - thirsty not for water, but for $$$ for gasoline to get to her young brother who'd just been removed from life support.

@Judy: Thank you Judy - the water droplets almost made little diamonds in the bright light.
I hope you were able to help out that poor woman and to "shine your light". Everyone needs the Living Water and although they must take it for themselves, we can certainly point the way to Him.
It is beautiful! Well captured :)
