This is the SS United States, which is currently berthed in Philadelphia. This ship was the fastest passenger liner of it's time, and in fact still holds the record for fastest westbound crossing of the Atlantic. Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL) owns her now, but future plans are still unclear.
How many are your works, O LORD! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures. There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number—living things both large and small. There the ships go to and fro, and the leviathan, which you formed to frolic there. Psalm 104:24-26
I am on vacation for a few days and will not be able to comment on your pictures - thanks for stopping by and I will try to catch up when I get back. I hope that I can become a better photographer with the examples here on Am3 and by getting your feedback on my images.
I may not be able to reply to each of your comments - but they mean a lot to me and I thank you!

That really is one huge ship, I can imagine she has one of the biggest engines ever built.

@Twelvebit: Me too, or even just to get up close to it. It is a massive ship and I am sure would be great to shoot.
