Another warm weather picture - dinner! Eating crabs is one of the things we really enjoy while vacationing at the beach - but eating them is such hard work that we usually end up just as hungry after eating them!
I believe the same is true in other aspects of our lives - we constantly have to be aware of those things we are "taking in" and making sure they will not leave us more "hungry" in the end.
I am on vacation for a few days and will not be able to comment on your pictures - thanks for stopping by and I will try to catch up when I get back. I hope that I can become a better photographer with the examples here on Am3 and by getting your feedback on my images.
I may not be able to reply to each of your comments - but they mean a lot to me and I thank you!

Wonderful image and I agree - so much work to get to the meat, but then, good things don't always come without a struggle.

Judy's right. The best stuff of life often takes effort, like the delicious sweet meat of a boiled (I'm from Louisiana) and spicey blue crab. Great shot -- I want some now!

@Viewfinder: We steam ours with some old bay seasoning - that way you get some of the spice on your hands and if you have any cuts it stings while you eat!!
nice write up! the picture kinda gives me the creeps though.. its as if one o' em wud jump write outta the picture! :D

@Nishana: actually, they were jumping around when I took the picture. But then we cleaned them and cooked them and ate them, and they sure tasted good!!!
